Titan Anaerobic adhesives and sealants cure in the absence of oxygen. They are a solvent-free, one-component system designed to deliver permanent metal-to-metal bonds that are resistant to shock and vibration. Cyberbond has an extensive platform of chemistries and viscosities to expand the range of bonding applications.
Threadlocking
Vibration often causes the self loosening of threads; however, our Titan products provide a simple solution to this problem. By filling the void in the threads, bolts are locked in place and a corrosion-stopping seal is created. When choosing a product, consideration should be made to the various strength classes available, together with the metal material and thread size.
Threadsealing
Besides sealing fine threads, the Titan series of Threadsealants can also seal pipe fittings due to their ability to withstand most chemicals. These sealants provide a complete seal between the threads, and offer many advantages over traditional methods of sealing, such as Teflon tape or hemp.
Retaining
Titan retaining compounds durably and reliably retain threads, shafts and bearings. The following advantages come from using these Titan products:
- Small gaps can be bridged, allowing for less costly part designs
- Friction corrosion is avoided
- Allows assembly of parts with differing elongation figures
Gasketing
Used to fill voids between metal flanges, our Titan gasket makers help to eliminate pre-cut or compression gaskets. These products are designed to provide an instant low-pressure seal for corrosion resistance and maximum metal-to-metal clamping with no shimming effect or creeping.
Introducing Our New Titan Gel Pumps
These pumps feature gel formulations of the most common anaerobic adhesives -- threadlockers, pipe sealants and retaining compounds. Gel pump anaerobics give you greater control in dispensing with one-handed operation and maximized yield from each bottle. Another big advantage of the pump packaging is no leaking; there’s no need to stand bottles upright. Our Titan Gel Pumps come in four varieties:
- Blue: medium-strength threadlocker
- Red: high-strength threadlocker
- Green: high-strength retaining compound
- White: pipe sealant
