Jensen Global needles are not for medical use. They are non-sterile, blunt (non-sharp) needle tips.
Needles
Jensen Global provides the most extensive needle selection available. All disposable needles use a threaded hub design made of polypropylene and are bonded using UV adhesive for strength. Needles are color coded based on the international standard. Also available are Stainless Steel, Tapered, Teflon and Oval needles, which offer excellent compatibility with many adhesives that are difficult to dispense.
Syringes
Syringes are either air operated or manual, can be calibrated or non-calibrated, and come in sizes from 01cc to 50cc. Also available are syringe adapters, tip caps and end caps. Options include fully assembled syringes, luer lock, luer slip, or tapered tip and come pre-packaged or in bulk. If capacity is too large for syringes, cartridges are available from 2.5oz to 12oz. Static mixers connect to the end of dual syringes or cartridges and mix two-component materials.
Bottles
A variety of squeeze bottles are offered from 1/2oz through 8oz. Bottles have a uniquely designed luer lock cap, which accept standard luer lock dispensing needles. Boston Round bottles have a rounded neck and Cylinder bottles have a squared off neck. Bellows bottles are accordian shaped. Luer lock caps are designed specifically for Jensen Global needles and fit all other manufacturers' needles.
JGD500S New Digital Shot Meter
Brand new from Jensen Global, this digital shot meter a ten-program memory storage and a timer range from 0.008 to 99.99 seconds. In manual INT mode, the timer counts up, giving you the ability to determine the timing required with your application. Also included is sequential dispensing; ie: whatever programs are stored, the sequential dispensing cycles through each program.
JGD7000 CA Diaphragm Valve
This cyanoacrylate adhesive dispenser is designed to accept a 1 lb. bottle (500 grams) of instant adhesive. There is no pouring needed (you drop your 1 lb. bottle of glue right into the dip-tube tank). Very little clean up is involved with this system and you do not smell the strong fumes of the glue as this is a contained system. The valve is designed to dispense thin, medium and some flowable gel cyanoacrylates with precise deposits of glue, without dripping. The system has many ways to control the deposit: needle size, tank pressure, timer length control, and valve fine stroke adjustment.
JGD300S Economical Analog
Jensen Global announces the latest addition to their line of dispensing equipment. The JGD300S is an economical dispenser that still gives the operator time control to reproduce an amount of material. The timer ranges from 0.01 to approximately 30 seconds, with a vacuum pull-back feature included. You can bypass the timer by dispensing in manual mode. The JGD300S has the same sleek, lightweight design as our digital JGD500S dispenser. This takes up very little workbench space without giving up any critical dispensing features.
