Custom Made Parts From Our PRECO Machine
The PRECO machine cuts parts up to 11.5” by 19.5”, with a tolerance of 5-mil and up and can die cut, laminate, stamp, rewind, slit and assemble.
Your material can be processed in both sheet or roll form. The PRECO machine can operate with steel rule dies, male/female dies or combination tools to blank parts or kiss-cut materials. It cuts materials up to 1” thick.
The following materials can be processed by the PRECO machine:
- Standard close cell neoprene
- Solid neoprene
- Nonwovens
- Styrene, Formex, Nomex, Mylar, films and acrylics
- Polyethylene, polyurethane, PVC and other foams
- Thermal materials
Send us your drawings for prompt quotes on your custom required substrates.
DHA can customize the substrates listed above to your specific requirements from any of the following manufacturers:

For decades, 3M™ VHB™ tapes have been making a name for themselves among design and manufacturing engineers. The tapes eliminate the restraints of working with mechanical fasteners. VHB tapes’ acrylic construction provide strength and durability in extreme applications. They resist stress, fatigue, vibration, heat, cold, moisture, solvents, and UV light.

The VHB tape is just one of the many specialty tapes from 3M. Other tapes include tapes for box sealing, masking, cotton cloth, polyester, thermal setting glass cloth and cloth duct tape. 3M also has HVAC double coated lead foil, aluminum foil, adhesive transfer tape, electroplating, plastic film, reinforced strapping and filament tape, plus splicing and foam tapes. If you have an application, 3M has the tape.
In addition to tapes, 3M has a full line of adhesives, which include contact, spray, epoxy, hot melt, and rubber and gasket adhesives.

Saint-Gobain is the world’s leading producer of engineered high performance polymer products for virtually every industry around the globe. With a worldwide network of manufacturing facilities, Saint-Gobain brings years of experience to developing innovative polymer solutions. By conforming to the world’s most demanding quality standards -- including QS9000 and ISO9001/9002 -- Saint-Gobain offers the highest and most consistent quality available.
Saint-Gobain is part of an international family of companies including the following divisions:
COHRlastic® Silicone Elastomers are flexible, resilient silicone rubbers with a unique chemical structure which gives them a high temperature stability and general inertness unavailable in any other elastomer. As a result, COHRlastic silicone rubber works in applications where no other material can be used. They are self-adhering, flame retardant, have low outgassing and are electrically conductive. The silicone adhesive can withstand temperatures from -100° F to +500° F.
Normount® Polyurethane and Acrylic Foam Tapes are for difficult bonding solutions, such as bonding dissimilar materials. The foam properties dissipate vibrations and distribute stress forces while the acrylic adhesive provides a long-term bond.
Normount tapes reduce or eliminate the need for mechanical fasteners such as: screws and rivets, liquid adhesives, welds and subsequent surface refinishing—saving time, increasing productivity, reducing costs and improving overall product appearance.
KOREL® Micro-Cellular Polyurethane Foams are offered in a broad range of properties, making them ideal for a variety of gasketing and energy absorption needs. Easy to die-cut, this foam is ideal for cellular foam gaskets, electrical enclosures, rear lamp gaskets, motor mount spacers and acoustical control. Korel’s special formulations protect sensitive components by dampening shock, dissipating motion and isolating vibration.
NORTON® High Performance Fluoropolymer Films are recommended in high density circuit board fabrication because of their excellent dielectric properties, high temperature and chemical resistance, and heat sealability, so they perform as dielectric layers and melt adhesives at the same time.
CHR® - Pressure Sensitive Adhesive tapes offer a broad range of pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) tapes serving industrial and commercial users. These PSA tapes are produced from a variety of film, fabric, metal, laminations or paper substrates with acrylic, silicone, or natural rubber adhesive systems.
For extreme temperature applications, CHR®'s Strip-N-Stick® silicone rubber tapes outperform all other elastomer tapes in service life, weatherability, compression set resistance and electrical resistivity. These PSA tapes are available in a variety of widths and thicknesses for use in gasketing, cushioning, thermal insulation and vibration dampening applications. Other uses include noise reduction, clamping of hot parts and electrolysis reduction between dissimilar metals.
